PropertyBox has launched an integration with Reapit’s Agency Cloud platform, connecting the two systems to automate data transfer and reduce administrative tasks for estate agents during the property listing process.

The integration allows agents to launch PropertyBox directly from a property record in Reapit, with key property details automatically transferred between the platforms. Once marketing assets including photography, floorplans, virtual tours and videos are created, they are returned to Reapit without manual uploading.

Workflow automation

The connection pre-populates core property information such as address, property type and number of bedrooms within PropertyBox. Order tracking updates are also visible within Reapit, providing branch teams with oversight without switching between platforms.

Matt Gates, CTO and Co-Founder at PropertyBox, said: “Agents are juggling speed, service and presentation all at once, and too much of the listing process still involves unnecessary admin. This integration is about removing some of that friction.”

He added: “By connecting the workflows between PropertyBox and Reapit, we are making it easier for agents to get properties market-ready without repeating tasks or moving between systems.”

Proptech sector trends

The launch reflects a broader trend in the proptech sector towards integrated systems and workflow efficiency. As operational pressures mount on agents, suppliers are focusing on reducing time-to-market for property listings. This development follows recent technology investments by major agencies seeking to streamline operations.

The integration addresses a common operational challenge for agents who previously needed to manually re-enter data across multiple platforms. With market conditions requiring faster response times, automation of administrative tasks has become a priority for agencies looking to maintain competitiveness.

The PropertyBox-Reapit integration is now available to agencies using Reapit’s Agency Cloud platform.
