The Conveyancing Foundation has expanded its annual industry event from National Conveyancing Week to National Conveyancing Month, with the entire month of March 2026 now dedicated to professional development activities and charitable fundraising.

The charity, established in 2015 and run entirely by volunteers, has scheduled a series of video conferences, webinars and networking events throughout March aimed at conveyancing professionals across the property sector.

Event structure and accessibility

The format for 2026 has been revised to improve accessibility. Weekly video seminars will be uploaded to The Conveyancing Foundation website and YouTube channel, allowing participants to access content at any time rather than requiring attendance at scheduled live sessions.

Two main events anchor the month-long programme. A Conveyancing Coffee Morning is scheduled for 19 March, during which firms can host networking sessions and optional charitable fundraising activities. The month concludes with The Great Conveyancing Quiz Off on 31 March, a knowledge-testing event for industry professionals.

Industry participation

The initiative has attracted support from approximately 30 organisations across the conveyancing and property sectors, including technology providers, insurance firms, regulatory bodies and legal service companies. Partner organisations are contributing content focused on industry practices and professional development.

Law firms and conveyancing practices can obtain promotional materials through a digital assets pack available for download. Physical promotional packs are available for a £20 contribution, with a portion allocated to the Foundation’s charitable activities.

Sector context

The conveyancing sector forms a critical component of property transactions in the UK market. The expansion from a week-long to month-long format reflects the Foundation’s stated objectives to promote mental health awareness, charitable fundraising and professional standards within the property industry.

Registration for events and access to the full agenda is available through The Conveyancing Foundation website. The Foundation operates as a zero-profit registered charity focused on enhancing conditions for those working within the property industry.
